But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Grab a cuppa, settle in and read on.

The advertisements are provided by Hatch, directly from our in house advertising and marketing team or from our marketing partner Netkandi Limited using ‘cookies’ that are placed on our browser when you visit our site. You can remove or disable these cookies at any time.

    Emails and Marketing Emails

As part of the registration process on our site and for our newsletter, we collect personal information. At the point of registration, we give you the option to ‘opt in’ to receive marketing emails. If you don’t opt in, you won’t receive a marketing email from us. However if we are lucky enough to receive an order from you, we will email you status updates, for an example, we will email you a confirmation of your order, an email once it’s shipped and as mentioned previously, we will pass your data to our courier who will then email you live tracking and status updates of your delivery.

When you have opted in to receive marketing emails, we use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver said emails. We gather statistics such as, email open rates, who clicked on a link using standard practices to help monitor and improve our mail outs. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. Remember you can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any times by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data production officer Gary Toomey [email protected].
