They explain how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders, and what to expect from our delivery services.
2. Delivery services
We offer a range of delivery options, including standard and express delivery services. Delivery options,
availability, and timeframes may vary depending on the product, delivery address, order size, artwork approval,
production requirements, and the time your order is placed.
3. Express delivery (important)
Our express delivery service is designed to prioritise your order and dispatch it as quickly as possible.
However, express delivery does not guarantee next-day delivery in all circumstances.
Delivery timeframes can vary due to operational factors (such as order volume or production requirements) and
factors outside of our direct control (such as courier network capacity, transport disruption, severe weather,
or other unforeseen delays).
By selecting express delivery, you acknowledge that the service prioritises order handling and dispatch speed,
but specific delivery dates and times cannot always be guaranteed.
4. Processing and production times
All orders are subject to processing and production time before dispatch. Processing times vary depending on the
product type, order complexity, personalisation requirements, and whether artwork approval or amendments are required.
Orders are typically processed during normal business hours and may not be processed on weekends or public holidays.
5. Dispatch and couriers
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier services.
We work with reputable delivery partners, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services,
network disruption, traffic, adverse weather, or other issues outside of our control.
Where available, we may provide dispatch confirmation and/or tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
6. Delivery estimates
Any delivery times shown on our website, in checkout, or communicated by our team are estimates only.
They are provided to help you understand typical timeframes and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information you provide at the time of ordering is accurate and complete,
including the delivery address and any relevant access instructions.
We cannot be responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details,
unavailable recipients, restricted access, or failed delivery attempts where the courier is unable to complete delivery.

significant delays and provide updates regarding the status of your order.
If you have a time-critical requirement, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can advise
