Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing or using
our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern:

  • Your use of our website, and
  • The purchase of goods and services from us via this website (our “Products”).

If you order Products from us, the section below titled “Terms of Sale” will apply to that order.

2. Website use

You agree that you will:

  • Use this website only for lawful purposes.
  • Not use the website in any way that may damage, disable, overburden or impair it;
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server or networks connected
    to the website.
  • Confirm you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with the permission of a parent or
    guardian.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time if we believe you have
breached these Terms or used the site inappropriately.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, we (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in:

  • The website and its content;
  • Our logos, branding, product images and designs.

You may:

  • View, download and print pages from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

4. User content and personalisation

Our business includes customised and personalised products (“Personalised Products”).

When you upload, submit or provide text, images, logos or other content (“User Content”) to be used
on a Personalised Product, you:

  • Confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use that User Content for
    the intended purpose;
  • Confirm that the User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party (including
    copyright, trademarks or privacy rights);
  • Confirm that the User Content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise
    inappropriate.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt the User Content
solely for the purpose of creating and delivering the Personalised Products you have ordered and
for internal quality, portfolio or sample purposes (unless you explicitly request otherwise).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order that includes User Content which we believe:

  • Is unlawful, offensive or discriminatory;
  • Infringes third-party rights;
  • Breaches these Terms or our policies.

User Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless against any
claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any breach
of your warranties in this section, including, but not limited to, claims of infringement of
third-party intellectual property rights related to the User Content you provide.

5. Terms of Sale

5.1 Ordering

By placing an order with us, you:

  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract;
  • Confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your
order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we send an email confirming the dispatch of
the Products. At that point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.

We may decline or cancel your order, for example, if:

  • The Product is unavailable.
  • We cannot obtain authorisation for payment.
  • There has been an error in pricing or product description.
  • Your User Content is inappropriate or unlawful.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

For personalised orders, once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled (see section
5.6). Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation or change.

5.2 Prices and payment

All prices on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable,
unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) will be added at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct at the time they are entered onto the
system. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered, we will inform you
as soon as possible and give you the option to:

  • Reconfirm your order at the correct price; or
  • Cancel your order.

If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any amounts paid.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods shown on our website.

5.3 Personalised Products

Because Personalised Products are made to your specification:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all spellings, dates, names and details you provide are correct.
  • We are not responsible for errors in Personalised Products that result from incorrect information provided by you.

We may, at our discretion, send you a proof or preview for approval. Once you approve a proof, any
subsequent changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

5.4 Delivery

We will aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe indicated on the website or communicated to
you. These timeframes are estimates only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence unless
specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery is usually via third-party couriers or postal services. Risk in the Products passes to you
upon delivery. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect
the parcel from a depot where required, we may charge again for redelivery.

5.5 Faulty or damaged items

If a Product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible (and
within a reasonable time) with:

  • Your order number;
  • Details of the issue;
  • Photographic evidence, where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may involve a replacement, repair or refund in
accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Returns & Refunds
Policy.

5.6 Change-of-mind cancellations

For non-personalised Products, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within a specific
period (usually 14 days from delivery) under consumer distance selling regulations. For details,
please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For Personalised Products, this cancellation right usually does not apply once we have started work
or produced the goods, because they are made to your specification and are not suitable for resale.
Your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed items remain unaffected.
